About the event
This event will be a fun hands-on learning experience for folks to understand how much waste and harmful chemicals they make in their daily lives. We'll talk about good habits, eco-friendly cleaning, the right way to recycle, being careful about what we buy, and ways to make less waste. We want everyone to think about new ways to help the Earth, feel like they can make a difference, and do things that are good for them and the planet. Our goals are to cut down on the amount of trash that goes into landfills and the bad stuff that gets into the environment affecting our day-to-day lives.
Led by Denise Frakes, Certified Healthy Homes Specialist and Amanda Miller, Executive Director of the South King Tool Library. Visit Denise’s website & blog at www.DeniseFrakes.com.
